DELRAY BEACH, FL – March 26, 2026 – Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC (“Vertical Bridge” or “the Company”), the largest private owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the United States, today announced that the Vertical Bridge Charitable Network (“VBCN”) has made a philanthropic contribution to the Delray Beach Public Library to support the expansion of technology-driven education programs and community outreach initiatives throughout Delray Beach.

VBCN is an employee-led initiative created to empower Vertical Bridge team members to give back to the communities where they live and work. Following the recent relocation of its corporate headquarters to Sundy Village in Delray Beach, the Company continues to expand its community impact by investing in organizations that promote access, learning, and inclusion.

The contribution will support the renovation of the Library’s existing STEM Lab into an enhanced STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math) learning space, designed to better prepare students for the demands of the 21st century by fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through real-world application. Additional support will expand access to technology materials, tools, and software; enhance programs within The Lynda Hunter and Virginia Kimmel Children’s Library; and strengthen initiatives that bring books and digital resources directly into neighborhoods across Delray Beach.

As part of the partnership, employees from Vertical Bridge’s Delray Beach headquarters will also have opportunities to serve as ambassadors and volunteers at the Library, further advancing VBCN’s mission of meaningful employee-driven community engagement.

“Our team believes connection goes far beyond the infrastructure we build,” said Kimberlee Mulhare, Vice President of Human Resources at Vertical Bridge. “Supporting the Delray Beach Public Library reflects our commitment to investing in organizations that open doors, foster lifelong learning, and empower communities. As we establish our presence here, we are truly honored to support a local institution making such a lasting impact.”

“Libraries are where connection becomes personal,” said Mykal Banta, Executive Director of the Delray Beach Public Library. “This gift helps us meet people where they are — in our building, in their neighborhoods, and at every stage of life. We’re incredibly grateful to Vertical Bridge Charitable Network for choosing to invest in Delray Beach in such a meaningful way.”

In an increasingly digital world, the Delray Beach Public Library plays a critical role in bridging the technology gap by providing free internet access, digital literacy training, and access to devices and educational resources for residents of all ages. Support from the Vertical Bridge Charitable Network will help ensure these essential services continue to grow and evolve, strengthening opportunity and access throughout the community.
