Vertical Bridge Charitable Network Celebrates More Than $17.5M in Charitable Donations and Over 14,000 Volunteer Hours

2025 Donations Totaled Over $3.2M to Community Initiatives

DELRAY BEACH, FL – February 24, 2026 – Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC (“Vertical Bridge” or “the Company”), the largest private owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the United States, today announced that Vertical Bridge Charitable Network (“VBCN”) has donated more than $17.5 million and completed over 14,000 hours of volunteer service since initiating the philanthropy program in 2014. VBCN is an employee-led initiative created to empower Vertical Bridge team members to give back to the communities where they live and work.  

In 2025, VBCN donated over $3.2 million to more than 125 organizations and achieved 100% employee volunteer participation for the third consecutive year. The Company is proud to have supported so many organizations throughout 2025, and employees also contributed $82,000 through the Vertical Bridge Gift-Match Program. This initiative encourages team members to give back to charities aligned with their personal values and passions.

Following the relocation of its headquarters to Delray Beach, Florida, the Company is expanding its community impact by developing new partnerships across the city to create a meaningful difference. During a company meeting in July, VBCN also partnered with the Foundation for Hospital Art  to hold a company-wide initiative where employees painted colorful murals designed to bring comfort and positivity to patients and their families. Additionally, VBCN reached a significant milestone, surpassing $1 million in scholarships awarded since the program’s inception, further strengthening the Company’s commitment to investing in future generations.
