BOCA RATON, FL - November 10, 2022

Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC ("Vertical Bridge" or "the Company"), the largest private owner and operator of communications infrastructure in the United States, announced that it won The Sustainability Award at the 2022 World Communication Awards, held in London on November 1.

For 24 years, The World Communication Awards have recognized innovation and excellence for global telecoms and tower companies and are one of the industry's most revered marks of achievement. Categories are revised annually to recognize major trends and technologies and ensure their ongoing relevance to the rapidly evolving communications ecosystem.

A panel of telecom experts selected Vertical Bridge out of seven finalists for The Sustainability Award for the Company's success in achieving 100% carbon neutrality for three consecutive years and its commitment to sustainability and positive environmental change.

"We're honored to be recognized on the international stage for our efforts around carbon neutrality and environmentally-conscious initiatives," said CEO and Co-Founder Alex Gellman. "We applaud all the finalists for their incredible efforts and will continue to deploy new technologies and infrastructure that can drive communications innovation while minimizing our environmental impact."

Vertical Bridge was the only U.S. tower company to win across the 2022 World Communication Awards' 21 categories, and the only U.S. company shortlisted for The Sustainability Award.

In 2021 Vertical Bridge won the SEAL Environmental Initiative Award in recognition of its leadership, innovation, and commitment to sustainable business practices.
